We focus on the business aspects of law to make companies work more effectively. We provide drafting, litigation, and mediation services. We look at problems from not just a legal standpoint but from a business standpoint also. Bill has a master's degree in economics with a specialization in the economics of the firm and has a lifelong interest in creating legal solutions that make firms work more effectively. He is a member and legislative director of HR Tampa. We have made the decision to remain very small to provide flexible customized service and to reduce overhead. However, we are networked with other law firms and consultants to provide additonal help when needed. It is not uncommon for us to team up with other law firms in representing clients in litigation. Our goal is to provide whatever is needed solve problems.
